The Tank

The Tank is a small, Manhattan-based non-profit arts presenter and producer serving emerging artists. Company’s goal is to remove economic barriers from the creation of new work for artists launching their careers or experimenting within their art form, while being inclusive and accessible. The Tank keeps ticket prices affordable, expanding the creation and attendance of the arts for a broad and diverse community.

About last year

The inaugural Science in Theatre Festival was a three-day women-driven festival that combined theatre and new technologies. The event featured science-infused plays, discussion panels, and an exhibit of theatre technologies. The first festival took place in New York in residency with Nancy Manocherian’s the cell theatre, November 12-14, 2021.
